We called with a major main sewage blockage in our main line that shutdown our business and a pediatric medical office in our building. This after Roto Rooter made the matter worse and decided not to come back and actual fix the blockage. Austin diagnosed the issue, gave us options on how he could correct it, told us what the cost would be for each, gave us advice on how to make this issue easier to solve if it occurs again, and STAYED UNTIL AFTER 9:00PM to remove the the blockage.
